(a) Pencil Tool

This tool is used for freehand drawing.

(b) Brushes Tool

This tool is used to draw anything, like you draw on the paper. The Brush
tool has different thickness options. You can change the thickness of the

Brush also.

(c) Text Tool

This tool is used to write in Paint.

(d) Eraser Tool

This tool is used to rub/erase/remove the drawing or a part of a drawing.

Now, we will study about some more features of Paint.

RESIZE AN IMAGE

Resize command is used to change the size of the image by making it shorter or
taller.

To resize an image, follow these steps :

Step 1 : Click on Home tab.

Step 2 : Click on Select option from
Image group.

Step 3 : Select the image by dragging

the mouse over it.

Step 4 : Click on Resize option from

Image group.

A Resize and Skew dialog box
appears.

Step 5 : In the Resize section, select
the Maintain aspect ratio check box.
