sometimes it is appropriate to give them a call and ask,
‘What do you think of this?’

An important point to remember is that you asked for
their opinion and that is exactly what they are giving you.
Sometimes you might not like what they have to say but
maybe you need to hear it. I always appreciate someone
telling me about a weakness in my business. I prefer it
when they compliment me on a strength but that’s life.

I would love to give my opinion about any business
that I feel is offering either a fantastic service or a lousy
one.
