The cover of any brochure is the most important part.
If it does not inspire potential customers to either pick it
up or read it then you have wasted your money. Use
pictures where possible and keep the writing to a minimum.
Show the draft version of the brochure to a few friends to
get their opinion.

It is easy to get too close to a brochure making objectivity
very difficult. Showing other people will also highlight any

it before sending the final job to print. Look at the art-
work when you are fresh and relaxed, not at the end of a
frantic day when you are rushing to get the job into an air
bag and onto the last plane. A printed mistake will last
forever and, really, a day here or there rarely makes that
much of an impact on a deadline. Leave yourself plenty of
time to make certain that you are not under pressure when
it comes to producing your promotional material.
