The Big Picture

You need to determine, early on, how you want to respond to the inevitable nega-
tive comments posted about your videos. You can choose to ignore the negative
comments, reply to them, or just delete them. You can also choose to skip the issue
entirely by not enabling the comments feature for your videos. If your company is
particularly thin-skinned or you think your videos might generate particularly con-
troversial responses, this might be the way to go. Otherwise, consider all com-
ments—positive or negative—as valuable feedback, and learn how to engage even
negative viewers in a positive fashion.
