4. Punctuation within direct speech: Any punctuation marks such as commas,
periods, exclamation marks, or question marks that are part of the quoted
speech should be placed within the quotation marks. For example:
"I love ice cream," she said.
"What a beautiful day!" he exclaimed.
Direct speech allows for a more engaging and immediate representation of
someone's words, bringing their voice and expressions directly into the
    narrative or conversation.

                             "A Journey of Hope"

As the sun rose over the horizon, Sarah Anderson embarked
on an extraordinary adventure, cycling across continents to
raise awareness about mental health. With every pedal
stroke, she aimed to break the stigma surrounding mental
illness. During her arduous journey, Sarah encountered
countless strangers who shared their stories of struggle and
resilience. In one heartfelt encounter, she met a young
woman who tearfully confided, "I have been silently battling
depression for years. Your courage gives me hope that I can
overcome it too." Sarah's response was filled with
compassion as she replied, "You are not alone. Together, we
can create a world where mental health is embraced and
          supported."
