ENTRY IN M/S SIEMENS HLCs

ELS/LGD has advised about rain water leakage through Outlet Louvers
of Hotel load converters into the machine room due to improper
design of Outlet louvers. Rain water is seeping through outlet louvers
and stagnating below hotel load converters and resulting into failure
of input chokes. M/s Siemens has accepted the observations of

ELS/LGD and replaced all old design filters with modified arrangement
to prevent failure of input chokes and improve reliability of
locomotives.
