Commercial publicity:

 Assets of Secunderabad Divisions have been created for calling of

contracts for commercial publicity contracts.
 At present 43 contracts at 67 stations have been awarded.

 Tenders for the remaining assets are being floated duly conducting
meetings and marketing conferences with the advertising partners.

Vehicle Parking :
 64 Locations were identified for Vehicle parking

 54 contracts were awarded out of which 29 contracts were awarded
on e-Auction basis and 25 contracts on Manual basis.

 Contracts at 10 locations were vacant. Fresh tenders will be called for
all the stations in 17-11-2022 through e-Auction only.

Catering:

 282 Catering contracts were identified.
 143 contracts were awarded out of 282 catering contracts.

 Out of 123 assets 53 stalls are awarded manually and for remaining 70
assets I contract is scheduled for e-auction on 11.11.22 and 69 idle

assets will be scheduled by 30.11.2022.
- Tenders were already floated twice on 15.03.22 & 24.08.22 for 44

GMUs at A1, A, B&C category stations. A total of 15 contracts were
awarded from these tenders at a value of Rs 60Lakhs. Re-tendering

will be done during Dec’22 for the vacant stalls
- Milk stalls -Out of 20 milk stalls over Division 11 contracts were
awarded. Tenders for remaining 9 stalls will be floated during Dec-

22.

- AVMs-At present there are no AVMs and tenders will be floated for
18 AVMs during Dec’22
- WVMs - Tenders were floated for 115 WVMs on 15.07.22 and

response was received for 12 units but the tender was discharged
as lone bidder failed to meet the financial criteria. Retendered for

the same on 28.10.22 which will be opened on 21.11.2022
