E- DIVYANGJAN Potral :

E- Divyangjan is a PILOT project launched
over Secunderabad (SC) Division on 01.10.2022 by
CRIS in coordination with Commercial
department of SC division. This will be based on

the State and Nearest Railway station chosen by
Divyangjan Passengers.

The following categories are eligible to apply for
issuance/renewal of Photo ID card (to avail
concessional Rail tickets across IRCTC/Counter):
1. Visual Impairment with Total Absence of Sight

2. Intellectual Disability
3. Hearing and Speech Impaired Totally (Both Afflictions Together)
4. Physical Disability/Paraplegic Person

Mission Rail Karmayogi:

Rail karmayogi training program
was inducted to all commercial staff of SC

division where in all staff were given training
in enhanced customer service and self-
development in various situation handling
scenarios. 10 master trainers from
commercial department were trained at
IRITM/Lucknow, who conducted Rail
Karmayogi sessions to all commercial staff at
ZRTI/MLY. This program was successfully completed on 5 April 2022,

making SC Division 1 Division to complete this program in Indian
st
Railways.

TTE LOBBY:

 Every interchange station has a cell for TTEs, called TTE Lobby, where
TTEs of originating / terminating / passing trains sign-on / sign-off.
 This application will digitize the activities like drawing out of TTE links,
accountal of their duty hours and preparation of their TA/night duty

allowance bills, TTE earning accountal, etc.
