sources and should be considered for as a model of self-regulatory in
communication behavior, both in the process of imitation or identification
and undirected or directed relationships. As studied by Hossain & Veenstra
(2017), the electronic media community has a sensible effect on the
members. Based on this observation, the lecturers have some symbols
(modeling) to communicate in electronic media as prophetic-humanization
communication behavior.
Meanwhile, media literacy will be a something important when it’s
integrated with others. However, this ability will be a negative factor in
the prophetic-humanization communication behavior when it stands
without being supported by others as a whole in the integrated e-literacy
constructs. Some lecturers will try to use the media without having any
considerations whether it is wrong or right. It’s just making a few of them
in dehumanization (Hak, Rachmawati, Rusmana, & Muhtadi, 2018).
The SCT perspective can illustrate that prophetic-humanization
communication behavior in electronic media is more influenced by
observational learning as a process of the information behavior of a person.
The process illustrates how someone gives full and careful attention to
attentional processes. Then he must remember any behavior that is used as
the model (retention process) and does or imitate the behavior (reproduction
process). In the end, all these actions will be determined by the motivation
of the person (motivational process). One of them can arise because there
are factors of rewards or punishment that will be obtained when he imitates
things that are good according to the social system standards.
The model has proved and contributed to strengthening the
social cognitive theory (SCT). Any individual characteristics, such as
symbolizing, self-regulatory, self-reflective, and vicarious capacities, have
been performed by the role of information literacy, media literacy, moral
literacy, and learning & thinking skill as one of the strains in increasing the
information behavior as well as affecting on the prophetic-humanization
communication behavior.
V. CONCLUSSION
This discussion illustrates that the integrated e-literacy model has
important implications for the development of a person>s confidence in the
information behavior. It is one of the personal determinants. Significantly,
