Your online Provider Directory is simple and up-to-date
The quickest way to find a doctor is to use our Online Participating Provider Directory, which is

updated weekly at www.connecticare.com/providerdirectory. This powerful tool can help you
make in-network provider and hospital comparisons, keep you up-to-date with the latest changes,
and is a fast, easy-to-use resource.

Quality improvement is built into your network
The participating provider network is examined closely and often. Providers must meet our
credentialing standards to become a participating provider with ConnectiCare. To remain in the
network, they must meet continued evaluation and re-credentialing standards in their area of
specialty. We frequently add physicians and hospitals to our participating provider network to meet
our members’ needs.

Important note for FlexPOS and PPO Plan members

Because FlexPOS and PPO plans have unique provider networks, members of these plans should
always use our Online Participating Provider Directory — not the printed directory — to find a doctor.
