not only reduces stress, but it may also play a major part to play in
asphyxiating distress. Identifying all that you have to be thankful for –

Research has revealed that all humans do have the capacity and
opportunity to inhibit the cat of thankfulness. All you have to do is to
take a few moments to concentrate on the things that you possess for
a belonging, instead of complaining about the things you think should
have been yours. Nurturing the habit of giving thanks is one of the
simplest ways to improve your satisfaction with life.
The thankful people often experience higher levels of positive
emotions such as joy, enthusiasm, love, happiness, and optimism,
and the practice of gratitude as a discipline protects a person from the
destructive impulses of envy, resentment, greed, and bitterness. We have
discovered that a person who experiences gratitude is able to cope more
effectively with everyday stress, such individual may show increased
resilience in the face of trauma-induced stress, and may recover more
quickly from illness and benefit from greater physical health.
