Society and is on Friday, September 27, 2024. “The Successful 21 Century Practice” with world renown
practice management speaker, Dr. Roger Levin. He’ll tell you why some practices are successful, and
others are not; with ideas you can implement on Monday. It’s from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Heritage
Club at the Bethpage Golf Course and includes a hot breakfast and lunch. For the best results, you should
attend with your staff. It’s a great team building experience that will pay many dividends. Look for ads
for both these events in this issue. Have a great Summer!

Dentistry has given so much to all of us, why not pay it forward and give back? Again, being a Dental
Society officer may not be for you, but if that voice in your head is listening, let’s talk. Becoming a leader
is a transformative journey that requires self-awareness, dedication, and a willingness to learn and
grow. By understanding the principles of effective leadership and committing to continual improvement,
anyone can unlock their leadership potential and make a positive impact in their organization and
community.
Let’s do this together. Become more than just a spectator and make a difference. The future of our
profession relies on it.
