Robert enjoys his Robert
work and especially
the company of his By CG - Support Worker
colleagues, many of
whom he considers Robert is an honorable and hard-working man who
his friends and who commands respect. Almost every working day he goes
speak highly and to work a short distance away at Activ Industries. In 2015
affectionately of him Activ recognised his 25 years of service with them, where
he has worked full time at several of their business sites
and performed various tasks, including the packaging
and labelling of products that require Australian labels,
preparing new medical files and unpacking and sorting
clothes for K-Mart Canning Vale.
Robert enjoys his work and especially the company of
his colleagues, many of whom he considers his friends.
His colleagues speak highly and affectionately of Robert.
He is regularly the first to arrive at work each day and
the first to make himself a coffee, which is usually
accompanied by his jovial conversation, seasoned with
banter and jokes.
Robert’s colleagues are well aware of his dancing
prowess, occasionally at work on the workshop floor.
Robert’s relationship with Activ extends beyond his work.
On Tuesday evenings he goes ten-pin bowling with ‘Activ
Recreation’ with many of his friends. Robert also goes
away on holidays with the group. Like most people with
disabilities, Robert’s attendance record is outstanding;
he rarely has a sick day and is punctual, enthusiastic and
a diligent employee.
