INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT

Information security is the protection of information and information infrastructure from unauthorized access,
use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction in order to provide confidentiality, integrity, and
availability.

This year, the company implemented the Information Security System such as Information Security
Classification, Zoning Management of to keep the information safely according to classification categories.
There are several key points for Information Security, namely:
1. Do not take out Information Property (Confidential information, IT resources, etc.) of your company without
permission.
2. Do not leave your company’s Information Property unattended without taking appropriate measures.
3. Do not dispose of your company’s Information Property without taking appropriate measures.
4. Do not print and provide your company’s Information Property easily.
5. Do not bring your personal equipment (personal computer, media, etc.) to the office, without permission.
6. Do not give or transfer your privilege to a third person without permission.
7. Be careful, not to let out any business information.
8. Take preventive measures against information leakage by computer virus.
9. Pay full attention when sending e-mails and faxes.
10. Pay full attention whenever entering and exiting the office.
11. If there is any accidental leakage on important information, report it without making own judgment.

In 2020, we continued improvement about Information security for devices, for example Laptop, Notebook,
and etc by creating the Device Take-In & Take-Out System.
