DUE DILIGENCE VENDOR/ VENDOR MANAGEMENT
The company operational activities basically require the role of good corporate business partners (Supplier).
To obtain a qualified & competent supplier, due diligence are needed to understand the supplier’s business &
investigate related Office & Workshop Location, legal document, kind of product or service, and stock.
KRA also has created the monitoring summary to control the performance of Due Diligence quantity
achievement every month.
Started from 2020, we experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic. So for due diligence vendor agenda implemented
by virtual meeting and conducted regularly for some vendors.

VENDOR EVALUATION
To provide qualified products and services to support company operational, supplier evaluation is needed to
ensure the consistency of their product quality, their performance, and development.
Once a year procurement will make each supplier’s assessment report, then that report will inform to
suppliers. The goal of vendor evaluation is to improve supplier performance in next year.
Started from 2020, we faced the Covid-19 pandemic. So, the vendor evaluation agenda conducted by virtual
evaluation.
