WHISTLEBLOWING SYSTEM
The Company believes that Whistleblowing System
would be beneficial to have such a system in place
where external and/or internal whistle-blowers can
report any real or perceived illegal/ unlawful,
unethical or adverse conducts, as this will
potentially increase the safety and well-being of the
organization, reinforces organization’s code of
ethics, reduce organizational waste and
mismanagement and improves employee morale.
The company ensures confidentiality on the
whistleblower's identity and provide protection to
the whistleblower. The company also has set up an
investigation team to respond and process the
report.
In KRA, we spread Whistleblowing information
banner in some crowded spots like Lobby,
Machining area, Centralized Disassembly-
Washing, Assembly Line, etc. We also informed
the hotline in large screen of running text which
located in workshop.
