There must be proper systems for treatment, storage, transportation, or disposal in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.%u25cf Facilities for treatment, storage, or disposal must be located at least 10 meters away from public water resources or maintain buffer distances as prescribed by the Ministerial Regulation.In cases where land use activities commenced prior to the effective date of this regulation, such activities shall be exempted from compliance with Clause 5 (requirements concerning drainage systems, wastewater treatment, and effluent quality standards)Land use
