In cases where no specific legal provisions apply, the land use shall conform to the conditions stipulated in the Ministerial Regulation promulgated under Section 78 of the Water Resources Act, B.E. 2561 (2018).Land use for any activities outside the areas designated as public water resource zones shall comply with the Town Planning Act, the Enhancement and Conservation of Environmental Quality Act, and the Building Control Act.
