(Section 78 (2)), under the responsibility of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment by the Department of Water Resources. The Ministry of Interior, by the Department of PublicWorks and Town & Country Planning, has prepared the (Draft)Ministerial Regulation on Land Utilization that May Affect Public Water Resources, B.E. %u2026. (Section 74) and submitted it to the Subcommittee on the Screening of Water ResourcesManagement Laws for consideration at its 1/2024 meeting held on 31 July 2024.
