The first step to achieving the goal is to know what the goal is. To visualise the goal.


               To visualise success.



               You may choose to just visualise success in your mind. I went further than this.



               I created vision boards of the type of woman I wanted to be in the future. I created

               images that I could look at and imagine that what my future self would look like.



               When I imagine losing the weight I wasn't just losing weight.  I was shedding off the

               layers of my life that I no longer required. I was stepping into a new life into a new self.

               A new sexy life where I felt good about myself all of the time. Where I had self-respect.

               Where I had self-love. Where I looked hot and I felt hot and I felt confident in who I


               was.

               When I started to think about what losing weight meant for me and the freedom that

               it would give me in my life to feel good about myself, I was able to then transport

               myself emotionally and mentally into the space of my future self through my vision of

               my future life.



               I started doing the work to get there. I enlisted the best assistant I could find at the

               time. I asked my friends who were fit for tips on what they did. I read numerous books

               and articles that I found online. I educated myself as much as I could.



               I recall initially trying to complete a 2 kilometre run. I could not even run 2 kilometres


               without stopping and walking.
