You need to place yourself in that space and then drown yourself in the experience of
what it will feel like when you are that new person. When you are the person who has
achieved that goal.
Once you have fully immersed yourself in the feeling and the experience of what it will
be like you need to know why you want to be that person.
You need to know your why.
Why are you doing this? Why do you want this goal in your life to be achieved?
What does this goal mean to you?
Then you need to measure your progress towards your goal. You need to put a
timeframe on it: 6 to 12 months, 3 weeks, or 5 years.
You need to measure the progress you take. The steps need to be small daily steps.
Small steps that are achievable. All you need to worry about is the next right step that
you need to take. All the while keeping in mind the vision. Keeping in mind your why?
Your underlying purpose or your trigger that will hold you in good stead towards
where it is that you were going.
I recall about 5 years ago I had put on about 10 kilos of weight. I was drinking too
much. I wasn't exercising. I didn't even believe that I could lose the 10 kilos. I was
depressed. I didn't feel good about my body at all.
