So how did I break out of that?




               I got sick of not being good enough in my own life.



               I didn't feel like myself.



               I didn't look like I wanted to look.



               I wasn't being the person I was deep inside and that really annoyed me because I

               wasn't advertising my true self to the world around me.



               Instead  I  was  hiding  away  the  amazing  woman  within  me.  Devaluing  her,  de-


               legitimising her, ignoring her, avoiding her and she was inside me desperate to get out.



               In order to start on my journey of self-love and empowerment, weight loss and self-

               care I had to decide that enough was enough.



               I had to decide that I deserved more than what I was giving myself. I had to decide that

               I was willing to do the work to make it work. That I was willing to do whatever it took

               to get to a place where I could be my true self. That meant that I needed to do some

               work to lose the weight that I had put on.



               I started by researching what techniques I could use to achieve my goals. In this regard


               I found that the approach that navy seals take to getting through a hard task was the

               most effective way to achieve any goal I set myself in life.
