These examples demonstrate how by exercising the power of self-talk you can liberate
you can start to liberate the shackles of your mind.
It is amazing how we tell ourselves things, and it's actually the words that we tell
ourselves that imprison our mind and limit the possibilities of what we are capable of
as humans.
I am here to tell you today the good news. Through the daily practice of self-talk, of
giving yourself the freedom of mind to think of possibilities that go beyond your self-
limiting restrictive habits of thought you can start to break through and break free
from old painful and useless habits that you might hold in your mind.
It is most likely that the reason why you tell yourself these things is because you have
at some stage in your life had an experience where someone else told you that you
couldn't do something. I can think of numerous times in my life where other people
have told me what I am and am not capable of.
I have had people say the most ridiculous things to me. I remember an incident
between my cousin and I when I was a slightly pudgy teenager. I had stopped eating
dairy because I realised I was lactose intolerant. Within a week to a week and a half I
