Priority Areas






         The Strategic Plan framework is organized around six broad categories described as "priority
         areas." Each priority area is supported by specific goals. Each goal is assigned for leadership by a

         specific member of the senior team and for oversight by the Board. Also listed for each priority
         area are suggested desirable outcomes and suggested measures of success. These suggestions
         were collected from ideas contributed by a wide range of stakeholders.  They are compiled here
         for  future  reference  and  consideration  when  decisions  are  made,  and  strategies  and  tactics
         initiated, to implement the Plan.
