Page 12 - At a Glance UP Strategic Plan draft Final
P. 12
Our Strategic Plan reflects contributions from our Board, Leadership, Workforce and Consumers.
These same stakeholder are necessary to turn the Plan into action. The future of Urban Pathways
depends on our ability to collectively collaborate around the decisions and processes we need to
be successful.
The first step was to identify overarching objectives and key results (OKRs). These are purpose
driven and collaborative strategies, which help bring focus to the six priority areas and many
goals, desired outcomes and possible measures described. By singling out five areas of
improvement and focusing our collective attention, each of us can take actionable steps to support
and create Urban Pathways’ desired future. These targets or OKRs help us make better decisions,
prioritize and bring focus to what we all can and must do.
