We aspire to have a strong and effective Board of Directors that oversees and
ensures the sustainability of Urban Pathways’ practices and fulfilment of its
mission by (1) ensuring that the leadership, resources, and finances are
commensurate with the vision, and (2) tracking and monitoring performance and
results.
We will pay attention to improving the Board’s structures and procedures,
discussing Committee purpose and assignments, and dealing with unclear
expectations and accountability of members. We will build connections and
welcome different perspectives, share new knowledge, and promote diversity,
equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
