Glengoyne 25 Year Old
Nose: Big notes of Sherry soaked fruit up front - raisins, fi gs
and oranges. Th is is followed by waft s of toasted almonds
and classic notes of old leather.
Palate: Vanilla and dark chocolate open up the palate.
Sherry comes through yet again, but this time in the shape
of rich, well spiced fruit cake. Hints of orange and oak
round it off .
Finish: Th e fi nish lasts with notes of red fruits and cracked
black pepper.

Macallan Rare Cask
Nose: Malt, sherried sweetness, dried dark fruit and a cocoa
powder move through fi rst followed by lighter notes of
caramel butterscotch, candied citrus and spice.
Palate: Darkly sweet and layered with notes of dried fruit,
caramel, iodine, butterscotch, sherry sweetness, overripe
bananas and cocoa powder.
Finish: Long, darkly sweet and oily with notes of overripe
fruit and sweet maltiness.

Glenmorangie 25 Year Old
Nose: Berry compote, crumble, hint of potpourri, almost
fl oral, stewed plums. A mere hint of rancio perhaps.
Palate: Initially soft . Creamy, fruitcake, tropical fruit.
Finish: Long, very slight astringency. Oak, some fruit.
