Glendronach 12 Year Old
Nose: Rich cereals, struck match, raisin, cinnamon,
caramelised sugar. Opens with some sweeter PX and lots
of delicious raw ginger before becoming creamier with
hazelnuts.
Palate: Fruits, peels, buttery. Pain au chocolat, a little
marmalade on toast before becoming fi rmer and nuttier
with spiced raisins.
Finish: Smoky toff ee and nut brittle.

Bowmore 15 Year Old
Nose: Dark and punchy. Sherry notes, juicy Corinth raisins.
Spices. Creamy, mochaccino, sweet dates.
Palate: Rich, woody, pine oil. Syrupy. Lovely, creamy toff ee
and malt. Smoky.
Finish: Spicy, toff ee, sherry, barley.

Jura 18 Year Old
Nose: Creamy vanilla yoghurt with hints of hazelnut to
start. A soft mineral note builds from underneath, pairing
with sweet spiced bread, orange peel, brown sugar and
white pepper. Toff ee and milk chocolate truffl e peek out at
the end.
Palate: Soft spice grows, pushing its way through sponge
cake and orchard fruit. Gentle notes of barrel char provide
a background of smokiness, which builds over time. Th e
smoke is balanced by dried fruit, dark chocolate and
candied lemon.
Finish: Th e char lingers, with spiced studded orange peel
and chocolate notes growing and then fading.
