Arran Marsala Finish
Nose: Mandarin peel, glazed apples and roasted almonds
emerge through a core of strong oak, spicy honey and a
hint of gingerbread.
Palate: Very dry spice from cloves and nutmeg fi zzes
through chocolate-y hazelnut, bitter orange and grapefruit
and a touch of toasted oak.
Finish: White pepper crackles through dark notes of
cherries and blackberries.

Jura 18 Year Old
Nose: Creamy vanilla yoghurt with hints of hazelnut to
start. A soft mineral note builds from underneath, pairing
with sweet spiced bread, orange peel, brown sugar and
white pepper. Toff ee and milk chocolate truffl e peek out at
the end.
Palate: Soft spice grows, pushing its way through sponge
cake and orchard fruit. Gentle notes of barrel char provide
a background of smokiness, which builds over time. Th e
smoke is balanced by dried fruit, dark chocolate and
candied lemon.
Finish: Th e char lingers, with spiced studded orange peel

and chocolate notes growing and then fading.

Talisker 10 Year Old
Nose: Powerful peat-smoke with sea-water saltiness, the
liquor of fresh oysters, a citrus sweetness.
Palate: A rich dried-fruit sweetness with clouds of smoke
and strong barley-malt fl avours, warming and intense. At
the back of the mouth is an explosion of pepper.
Finish: Huge, long, warming peppery fi nish with an
appetising sweetness.
