Paul John Peated Select Cask
Nose: Walnut, barley sugar sweets and classic earthy peat notes. A
touch of salt.
Palate: More BBQ smoke, more sugar, more slightly damp earthy
notes. Hints of tropical fruit and spice.
Finish: Bitter orange peels on the fi nish.

Kavalan Single Malt
Colour: Lively and passionate amber.
Nose: Clean, elegant, fl oral (pleasant & refreshing fragrance of the
butterfl y orchid), fruity and seductive. With hints of honey, tropical
fruits (mango in particular), pear drop, vanilla, coconuts and
suggestions of chocolate.
Palate: A hint of sweet mango juice with that spicy complexity and
gentle warmth on a medium, oily and citrus fi nish.

Pike Creek 10 Year Old Rum Barrel
Nose: Honey’d raisins and pecans, with a spicy little kick of
herbaceous rye hiding in there.
Palate: Old-fashioned cola cubes, cardamom heat, caramel and a
clear suggestion of good rum.
Finish: Lasting notes of brown sugar and dried oak.

Whyte & Mackay 30 Year Old
Nose: Opens with ripe peaches, citrus and spice with honey and
almonds.
Palate: Deep, fl avour fi lled with great concentration of all the nose
showed plus a great wave of malt followed by more spice, liquorice
and some clear, pure vanilla.
Finish: A slight oaky dryness in the prolonged fi nish.
