Glenrothes 10 Year Old
Nose: Vanilla on the nose accompanied by aromas of
shortbread and citrus.
Palate: Sweet fl avors complemented by lemon peel and
light malt.
Finish: Lingering sweet and zesty fi nish.

Balvenie 12 Year Old Triple Cask
Nose: Meadow honey, apple, banane, light sherry notes, a
whiff of glue.
Palate: Lemon, honey, green apple, some red berries, gets
peppery at the end.
Finish: Vanilla, sweet wood, light fruits (pear).

Aultmore 12 Year Old
Nose: Fresh and vibrant with crunchy apples and pears,
fl oral notes and gentle creaminess.
Palate: Richer than the nose suggests, with fruit, sweet
pastry, custard and more fl oral notes.
Finish: Medium length, with the fruit slowly fading to leave
soft spice.

Tomintoul Oloroso
Nose: Fruity and fl oral with notes of sweet cream soda,
strawberry jam, granary toast and juicy barley.
Palate: Fruity and malty with creamy notes, jam, manuka
honey and grenadine.
Finish: Good length with light fruit, perfumy notes and
cereals.
