Johnnie Walker Platinum Label
Nose: Sweet rich and deep notes with maraschino cherries,
toff ee caramel, vanilla, baked rhubarb crumble and a very
thin whiff of smoke.
Palate: Th e richness continues onto the palate, which is
sweet and warming, with creamy malt, oats and cereal. A
spicy vanilla cinnamon dusting too with the gentle smoke
again developing.
Finish: Dark chocolate with caramalised peel.
Royal Salute 21 Year Old
Nose: Dandelion, honey, a wee peat and ocean air laden with
salt.
Palate: Dollops of wild honey on crunchy toast, zinging with
tarragon, dill and other exotic spices. Snuff box from the
Orient. Cardamom. Some complexity mid-palate.
Finish: Big malty notes, mint chocolate, heavy oak and sweet
grains with good shakes of freshly ground black pepper.

Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old
Nose: Clean and fresh, with heather honey, pears, a touch of
toff ee and a soft fl oral note.
Palate: Bright and fruity, but also rich, with notes of steamed
syrup pudding and sponge cake, with a little cinnamon and
nutmeg.
Finish: Just enough spice to match the fruit. Lovely balance.
Singleton 12 Year Old
Nose: Malty with cereal/barley sweetness, buttery toast, wood
shavings, hay and walnut.
Palate: Orange zest spiciness perks up a malty core of nuts, oak
and toff ee, hints of cut grass.
Finish: Oaky, rich with good length, some fruit lingers.
