Clinician Workshops

Effective doctor patient communication is the foundation of a satisfying

medical encounter for both patient and clinician. With the use of evidence,
experience, humor, and engaging stories, Dr. Golden has developed

presentations that cover the range of challenges to physician effectiveness

in dealing with patients, focusing on what really works. All presentations

are customizable, last about 60-90 minutes, and can include Continuing

Medical Education credit, if supported by your institution.

Clinicians and Medical Group Leadership have given credit to Dr. Golden’s

presentation experience for improving patient satisfaction scores and

clinical performance measurements.

The themes for these presentations fall into five main strategic categories.

Each stand alone, but could be combined with others into a lecture series

to meet your organizations needs.

Audiences can include clinicians, medical leadership, and office staff.
