primary care physician and physician leader, Dr. Andrew Golden has the
ability to connect with professional audiences that leaves them both
enlightened and engaged. A champion and leader in the field of Physician
Patient Communication and Patient Satisfaction, Dr. Golden has
dedicated much of his career to accelerating physician and clinician
learning to make the most of their interactions with patients, leading to
improved patient and clinician satisfaction.
Dr. Golden has a number of different topic presentations, which can be
customized to meet the audience’s needs, from improving performance
with CAHPS and other surveys to helping clinicians thrive in a busy
practice setting.
