• The compensation for this position is $125,000 - $150,000
(base + bonus), depending on qualifications. Benefits in-
clude medical/dental insurance and paid time off.

• The Association Executive Director manages 4 full time
staff: a Marketing and Sales Manager, a Communications
and Events Coordinator, an Office Manager, and a Mem-
ber Services Coordinator.
• During the COVID-19 shelter-in-place, EBRHA has contin-
ued to operate at a high level while all staff are working
remotely. We offer all our workshops online.
• Local candidates are strongly preferred. Relocation is not
provided.

• The EBHRA office is located at 3664 Grand Ave., Oakland, 2
blocks from the Grand Lake Theater.
