A. Formal Greetings

Formal greetings or what is also often referred to as business greetings. In
formal situations such as meetings, speeches, and presentations, as well as other
formal situations, formal greetings will be used. Apart from the situations
mentioned earlier, when talking to older people and also foreigners we also use
formal greetings. This is important to note to avoid any misunderstanding. Isn't it
funny if someone thinks you are not polite just because you use the wrong greeting
when greeting?
