Boutique hotel offers exceptional accommodation in
terms of furniture and services; and 4) Spas is hotel or resort that
offers therapeutic bath and massage

Rate System

Hotel type based on rate system is divided into two plans as
follows. 1) European plan is the rate specified is for room only,
meanwhile the guests will be charged for additional fees for
meals; 2) American plan is the rates specified include room
rental and three meals per day such as breakfast, lunch and
dinner; 3) Continental plan is a hotel in which the fixed price
consists of the room rate and breakfast; 4) Modified American
plan is a hotel that the set price consists of the room rate
including one lunch or one dinner; 5) Full American plan
is a hotel that the set price consists of the room price including
three times meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guest

Hotel type based on the guests are divided into five types,
namely: 1) Family hotel has almost all the guests is family guest;
