M. Stuart leaned back on the wall and looked at the
garden thinking rapidly. What was that? Was it a
joke? Or … Was someone trying to scare him?
Perhaps, it was a vision caused by the tiredness… but
the pain coming from his right hand reminded him
that it was real. He had not dreamed.
“There is nobody in the garden sir”, said the
household looking at Jimmy.
Nobody … but a tool could not cut the roses alone. It
could not be possible!
“Are you sure? Do you find some garden tools or
something abnormal?”, wondered M. Seward whose
whole body was shaking.
“I find this on the flowerbed”, answered the
household.
The household was holding the tool that shinned M.
Seward’s hand. His heart was beating faster and
