What do you do to grow your skills and knowledge of the
job/industry?

Employers want to hire people who continuously learn, grow and improve.It means
that you are probably a self-starter, and a good communicator. It means that you are invested in your
career and striving for success. It also increases your value, because the more you know, the more
you can do to make money for the company.

There are any number of ways you could talk about that you use to grow your skills and knowledge:

Read books, journals or industry newsletters
Take classes / get certifications
Attend workshops, conferences or seminars
Watch online videos
Participate in LinkedIn group discussions
Volunteer doing something that relates to your job
Whatever you choose to mention, be prepared to give an example of something you learned there
that helped you be more successful in your job or how it will help you be successful in this one.
