      Example Interview answers

          People competencies are often weighted especially
          highly by organisations’ selection processes.
          References, CV and track record will say a lot about
          your ‘task’ and ‘thought’ competencies without
          revealing much about your style when it comes to
          working with and managing people. For this reason
          you can expect a tough interview to focus strongly
