Basics Kicks and Strikes

           •  Back fist
           •  Front kick with the back and front leg

           •  Wheel kick
           •  Reverse punch

           Pad Strikes
           •  Rear (back) knee strike
           •  Rear (back) elbow strike

           •  Rear (back) palm heal strike

           Self Defense against a punch (Karate Stance when done)

           1. Step right foot forward into a front stance, left Sudo block, right

               reverse punch.

           Self Defense against a grab (Karate Stance when done)

           Attack: Right Hand grabs defenders left wrist

           Defense: Grab left hand with right, step back with right foot, pull

           hands to back to right shoulder, step with left foot and left elbow
