        MEAL AND REST PERIODS
        Meal and rest periods will be provided for you according to the applicable state regulations. Supervisors will review these
        and establish schedules. Non-exempt employees are not permitted to work through a meal period unless approval from a
        supervisor is obtained before the scheduled meal break. In these situations, the meal period will be paid time.


        TOBACCO AND VAPE FREE WORK ENVIRONMENT
        The Diversified offices are nonsmoking facilities. The use of tobacco products and vaping is not permitted inside the building
        under any circumstances. Use of these products is permitted outside the building, in designated areas only. This policy
        applies equally to employees, customers and visitors.


        FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITY
        Diversified strives to maintain a workplace environment that is conducive to efficiency and productivity and free from
        unnecessary distractions and annoyances. As part of that effort, the company generally requires employees to maintain a
        neat and clean appearance that is appropriate for the workplace setting and for the work being performed. Recognizing that
        employees and visitors to our offices may have sensitivity or allergic reactions to various fragrant products, Diversified is a
        fragrance-free workplace.

        To ensure that Diversified is a fragrance-free workplace, employees are prohibited from bringing onto the premises natural
        or artificial scents that could be distracting or annoying to others. Scented personal products (such as fragrances, colognes,
        lotions and powders) that are perceptible to others should not be worn by employees. Other scented products (candles,
        potpourri and similar items) are also not permitted in the workplace.
        Employees required by medical necessity to use medicinal lotions or skin creams that contain odors perceptible to others
        may request a reasonable accommodation from their supervisor, manager or the PeopleTeam.  Any  employee with a
        concern about scents or odors should contact their manager or the PeopleTeam.

        EMERGENCY CLOSING/INCLEMENT WEATHER

        Diversified offices will not close during inclement weather. When inclement weather is forecast, you should plan accordingly
        and anticipate longer commute times and bring your laptop home in anticipation of poor weather. If you are unable to attend
        work and are unable to work effectively from home due to inclement weather, you should notify your immediate supervisor
        or department manager as soon as possible. You may use PTO for the time.
        If operations are officially closed due to extreme emergency conditions, the time off from scheduled work will be paid.
        Employees in essential operations may be asked to work on a day when operations are officially closed. Employees who
        can work from home or another remote location will be required to do so or use PTO.


        LEAVES OF ABSENCE

        Family & Medical Leave (FML)
        Diversified  provides unpaid, job-protected leaves of  absence  to  eligible employees under the  federal and state Family
        Medical Leave laws. As leave laws differ from state to state, please check with the PeopleTeam for information on eligibility
        and benefits in your state. Both Diversified and employees who wish to take leave have specific rights and obligations under
        the laws.
