PERSONAL DATA CHANGES
It is your responsibility to promptly make any changes in personal data, including the following:
• Mailing address
• Email
• Telephone number(s)
• Emergency contacts
• Names and phone numbers of beneficiaries, dependents
You must make any changes for mailing, email, phone or emergency contacts in Dayforce directly. For beneficiary and
dependent information, you should log into the Employee Navigator portal.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Supervisors and employees are strongly encouraged to discuss job performance and goals on an informal, day-to-day
basis. A written performance development evaluation can be used to provide both supervisors and employees the
opportunity to discuss how well the employee is performing, recognize the employee’s accomplishments, suggest areas for
improvement, set goals for future performance and discuss career path opportunities. A positive performance development
discussion, however, does not necessarily constitute an increase in pay.
TIMESHEETS
You are required to accurately complete a timesheet for each pay period. Timesheets are used to track hours worked for
part-time and temporary employees and overtime for nonexempt employees. Additionally, timesheets are used to track paid
time off (PTO) and unpaid leaves of absence for all regular employees.
Timesheets for hours worked and time off must be completed daily and are due to the employee’s manager by end of day
each Friday. Managers must approve the employee’s timesheet and Dayforce request by close of business (COB) each
Friday.
A timesheet is a legal document and must not be tampered with. Corrections must be approved by your supervisor. No
employee may fill out another employee's timesheet without their consent, allow another employee to fill out your own
timesheet or falsify a timesheet. Such infractions may lead to corrective action up to and including termination of
employment.
PAY PERIODS
All employees are paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Each paycheck will include regular earnings for all work performed
through the end of the payroll period, which is one week in arrears.
DIRECT DEPOSIT
You are encouraged to have your paychecks automatically deposited into your bank account(s).
To initiate or change your Direct Deposit Authorization online, visit Dayforce and select the Forms icon. Once you have
submitted your authorization, it may take approximately 2 pay cycles before the funds will be deposited automatically.
Employees will receive paper paychecks until the direct deposit transaction is established.
