Here is a checklist of some questions that will help you spot
opportunities for improvement. (The checklist also works as
an excellent tool for auditing or assessing the effectiveness of
training courses implemented as part of a quality management
system.) You can derive your own list by reviewing the ideal
characteristics presented in Chapter 18 and preparing ques-
tions that will allow you to determine just how well the course
currently implements each of them.
