Transparent and Direct Fees

The David Corey Company’s foundational principles are transparency, being cooperative and being
collaborative. While the usual method in the industry is significant hidden markups that regularly exceed
35%, DCC choses to establish reasonable fees that our clients clearly know and agree to prior to any
assignment. We are confident that the fees we charge are in line with the value that we provide. We also
know that getting it right to begin with can save a lot of money in the long run.

Skilled On-site Home Assessment and Pre-construction work $150 per hour + expenses
$175 (Senior Specialist)
1. Site Visit and Scope Development

a. Completed by a licensed and trained accessibility specialist (OT backgrounds)
b. Internal skilled phone survey
c. Medical/functional reports review
d. On-site home assessment
e. DCC skilled scope and design
f. DCC hosted GoToMeeting conference

2. Contractor Assignment and Agreed Price

Project Management Package 15% of total modification cost

HARP Program

1. HARP Associate
a. Research and development $55 per hour
