Philosophy:

Transcolloperative:

Transcolloperative is a culturally based term that we created and everything we do must

fit within its framework. Transcolloperative is a combination of three words; Transparent,
Collaborative, and Cooperative.

Transparent: “Free from pretense
or deceit; characterized by visibility
or accessibility of information”. At
the end of the day, it’s your claim

and therefore it’s your information.
All of it. Nothing is ever hidden,
including all financial information.

There is never a hidden markup on
a product or service. Transparent
means “to share well, completely and
openly with others”.

Collaborative: “To work jointly with others especially in an intellectual endeavor”.
This is alignment with thought and focus. It’s having a clear outcome objective and

focused ideals…jointly. Collaborative means “to think well and be in alignment with
others”.

Cooperative: “To act in a way that makes something
possible or likely: to produce the right conditions for
something to happen; marked by a willingness and ability

to work with others”. While collaborative is thought
based, cooperative is action based. It’s operating and
acting in a non-competitive way that results in an
appropriate outcome for all parties. Cooperative means

“to act well with others”.
