Financial Management

The David Corey Company manages the cash flow as well as the workflow. At the
appropriate time, the David Corey Company notifies the carrier that a payment is due to

the contractor. This notification for payment is based on completed work as evidenced
by county inspections, photos, progress reports and/or on-site inspections. If the work
isn’t completed as agreed, the contractor does not get paid.

               Consultation

Having problems with a specific file or the entire program? The David Corey Company can
provide training programs or consultation with senior management or front-line claim

handlers through systems review, project analysis, re-inspections or protocol
               development.

own a home and not all that own a home desire

to remain at their current location. In the event
that different housing or relocation options
need to be considered, HARP representatives
complete a housing survey with the carrier
