D.C.I.A. is differentiation, a way of thinking about teaching and learning that
recognizes Multiple-Intelligences, Learning Styles, and the MALACA concept of
            Giftedness.

        3. P.L.E.D. (Positive Learning Environment through Discipline)

The P.L.E.D. framework prepares and sets the atmosphere to facilitate learning and to
deliver instruction efficiently and effectively. P.L.E.D. aims to optimize the students’
learning through an academic atmosphere which has order, propriety, and designs
inside and outside the classroom. P.L.E.D. provides a setting for the students to focus
on learning, to process ideas, insights, and experiences; and to allow understanding,
testing, and application of theories and concepts.

There are 7 areas of P.L.E.D. to ensure that positive learning environment starts in the
classroom and extends to the corridors and beyond:

P1 Positive Teacher Expectations for Student Success
            P2 Physical Classroom Readiness

P3 Planning and Implementation of Work Plan
