b. EQ/ACT - The Achievers’ Core Training program is packaged in a once a
week session by the Guidance Counselors to help students across levels develop
emotional intelligence and achievement motivation.
c. Sponsorship - A sponsor (officer, teacher, and staff) is assigned to a few
students (sponsorees). They meet at least 3 times a year and engage in a helping
relationship. Parents of sponsorees are also met at least once a year.

5. Career Guidance- This program aims to:

a. prepare and facilitate admissions to top colleges and universities
b. help students choose college courses and eventually a career based on their
interests, aptitude, intelligence, and unique personality characteristics.
c. provide career talk/symposium for Senior High school to help them make
career choices for College and prepare for College admission and college life.

6. Comprehensive Growth Services (CGS)

It is an activity that helps students enhance their sense of self-worth and identity,
reaffirm their purpose and meaning in life, and strengthen their sense of
belongingness with their families, classmates, and friends.

B. LIBRARY

The library is a rich resource unit for learning as it is fully supported since the
school desires to provide students with information and data. The school gives
the students internet access to enable them to go beyond the walls of the
classroom and across boundaries. The library is also equipped with multimedia
equipment.
Southville supports its education system by providing virtual resources which can
be accessed remotely from the Southville Library Online Resources (SLOR) with
EBSCO database as provider.

C. BUS SERVICE/ TRANSPORTATION

The school helps in providing transportation services to students. School bus
transportation which is available to all students is provided by an independent
school bus operator accredited by the school. The school bus operator has a
