The student’s grade will remain Incomplete in the report card if he/she
transfers to another school without complying with the prescribed
enhancement /reinforcement activities.
For each term, completion should be done not later than the first month of
each of the succeeding term.
For the third term, completion should be done during Extended Academic
Year (EAY) for graduating students.
For summer, completion should be done within the first term of the coming
Academic Year.
For students running for year-end honors, they should complete on or before
the last day of the Third Term exams.
Graduating students with a final grade of LA in the core subjects will be
asked to take on EAY classes. Students who will get a failing mark after the
EAY are required to attend summer classes.
Graduating students take Extended Academic Year (EAY) classes if they get
a final grade of LA (75-79%) in the non-core subjects. Students take
Extended Academic Year classes to complete requirements in the non-core
and special subjects.
Non-graduating students with a final grade of LA in the core subjects will be
required to take summer classes.
Students with a final grade of P in the core subjects will automatically have
to enroll in summer.
Failure to comply within the prescribed period, the grade will automatically
be 70.
B. Computation of Honors for Non-Graduating Students
The Term Award is obtained by computing the GWA of the term. In the
computation of honors, the following absolute values are considered:
